Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Silent-Knight 205104DA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sinfonia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mgm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Smc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sinfonia such as the SCE92100137 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM71B6SM71B6 manufactured by Mgm and we are pleased to be able to service most Mgm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA2BH40300 by Manufacturer Smc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Smc Brand AP3650S2PWTW6TW6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Smartdrive such as PA0122 equipment made by Smartdrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smartdrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smartdrive" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80020C by Silicon-Valley-Group and PA0122 spares by Smartdrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CDPX2N1025 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Smc.
